Meeting of October 3, 1975
WAIVER OF NOTICE OF TOWN BOARD MEETING
WE, the undersigned, being members of the gown Board of the
Town of Southold, .Suffolk County, New-York, do hereby severally
waive notice of the time, place and purpose of the meeting of
the Town Board to be held at 1 :00 P.M. in the Town of Southold,
on October" 3, 1975 and do hereby consent that the same be held on
said date for the transaction of any business which may properly
come before said meeting,

A special meeting of the Southold Town Board was held at 1 :00 P.M. ,
Friday, October 3, 1975 at the Town Board meeting room, 16 South
Street, Greenport, New York, with the following present:
Supervisor Albert M. Martocchia
Councilman James H. Rich, Jr.
Councilman James Homan
Justice Martin Suter
Justice Louis M. Demarest
Highway SuperintendentjRaymond C. Dean
Town Clerk Judith T. Boken
Town Clerk Boken presented the Town Board with .the Tentative Budget
for 1976 as required by law.
On motion of Justice Suter, seconded by Councilman Homan, it was
RESOLVED that the Town Board accept the Tentative Budget for 1976
as presented by the Town Clerk.
Vote of the .Town Board: Ayes: Supervisor Martocchia, Councilman
Rich, Councilman Homan, Justice Suter, Justice Demarest
On motion of Justice Demarest, seconded by Councilman Rich, it was
RESOLVED that this Town Board meeting be adjourned at 4c30 P.M.
Vote of the Town Board: Ayes: Supervisor Martocchia, Councilman
Rich, Councilman Homan, Justice Suter, Justice Demarest.
