WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of TEN Dollars, lawful
money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release
unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the town of Southold.

BEGINNING at a monument at the intersection of the northerly line of Ed's Road with the easterly line of"Summit Road";
RUNNING THENCE along said easterly line of"Summit Road", North 28 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds East a distance
of 150.00 feet to land now or formerly of Burns;
THENCE along said last mentioned land and along land now or formerly of Hughes, South 60 degrees 02 minutes 40
seconds East a distance of 165.00 feet to land now or formerly of Guariello;
THENCE along said land of Guarriello, South 28 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of 150.00 feet to the

THENCE along said northerly line of "Ed's Road", North 60 degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 165.00

that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the

The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this
