Good day,
This letter is intended to outline the scope of work for 39380 rt 48 Southold.Our intention is to convert the roughly
675 square foot first floor of the building labeled'2 story framed dwelling 39380"into office space.There is currently an unused
apartment on the second floor. Floor plan accompanies this application.We are looking to treat this as a contractor yard complete with
our vehicle storage as well as tool and material storage in the adjacent barn.Thank you for your consideration.
