1. Call to Order by Chairperson at 5:05 PM

3. Chair's Remarks
Jack emphasized the importance of scheduling meetings with adequate notice to respect all
members' availability.
4. Transportation Commission /Winterfest Road Closure
Jack updated the Committee on the meeting with the Transportation Commission.
Road closure for Winterfest has been approved.
Action Item: Elizabeth to contact Lauren Standish to request a copy of the Resolution.
5. Housing Authority Discussion
Lucine has not yet attended Housing Authority meetings; will begin once the schedule is set.
Supervisor Krupski suggested including Andrea, Community Development Supervisor, in these
meetings.
Recommended scheduling a dedicated housing meeting and inviting Andrea.
6. North Fork Business Advisory Board & Community Updates
Jack attended the North Fork Business Advisory Board meeting on September 12, 2025; discussed
internship implementation.
Upcoming Senior Mentor Breakfast at Peconic Landing on November 18, 2025.
Amanda reported on modular apartments as a potential housing model (example: Sweden).
Continued discussion on Directory and Event Calendar; members to take topics and work on them.
Planning to schedule a first-week-of-December meeting to discuss relationships with local civic
groups.
7. Holiday Events
Historical Museum event (Darren) includes: Holiday Stroll, Candlelight Tour, and Tree Lighting
(November 28, 2025).
Greenport Holiday Stroll: December 12, 2025.
Winterfest planning underway; Committee to seek additional funding.
