Stout, registered architect NYS license number 021633 would like to submit the following. I have visually inspected and analyzed the roof structure at the above listed address and have determined the structure and the attachment to be adequate to support the new additional load imposed by the proposed solar system and complies with the 140-mph wind design load as per 2020 Residential code of NYS (RCNYS), 2020 Energy conservation construction code of NYS (ECCCNYS), and the ASCE 7-16. The analysis of the documents supplied by the client relies on sound engineering judgment and relevant experience.
