YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE:
1. That it is the intention of the undersigned to request a Permit from the Board of
Trustees to:
Raise by 1'-8"an approximately 450 sf portion of roof over existing,approximately 1,488 sf single-family
dwelling,and construct 4'x 5.75'concrete stair in place of existing stair from dwelling;construct a 9.9'x
14.7'screened porch addition with 3.6'x 4'concrete stair,and a 19'x 3 5'uncovered masonry patio(raised
16"max.above existing grade)with step and adjacent trench drain,piped to a proposed stormwater
containment system consisting of roof leaders,gutters and(2) 10-inch diameter drywells;truck in
approximately 15 cy of clean sand fill from an approved upland source,to be placed and compacted
beneath footprint of porch addition;and establish and perpetually maintain an approximately 1,010 sf
vegetated non-turf buffer between tidal wetland boundary and existing fence,and a max. 13-ft wide,
approximately 1,129 sf non-turf buffer between existing fence and 6-ft elevation contour,all as depicted on
the site plan prepared by S.L.Maresca Associates Consulting Engineers,dated October 17,2025.
2. That the property which is the subject of Environmental Review is located
adjacent to your property and is described as follows:
647 Pine Neck Road, Southold
3. That the project which is subject to Environmental Review under Chapters
96,111 and/or 275 of the Town Code is open to public comment on:
