Our company represents Sangrok Lee, owners of the property situated at 200 Beebe Drive, Cutchogue.
We are reaching out to inform you that we have applied to the Town of Southold Zoning Board of
Appeals to request a variance for the following relief:
- Height at more than the code required maximum of 25 feet for a flat or mansard roof
- Accessory swimming pool located in area other than the code required rear yard
A public zoom hearing will be held on Thursday, December 4th, 2025 at 1:20 P.M. Details on how to tune
in and make comments during the meeting can be found on the Southold Town website in the agenda
center.

add a roof top deck; at: 1) height at more than the code required maximum of 25 feet for a
flat or mansard roof; 2) accessory swimming pool located in area other than the code
