Dear Dr. Wilke & Dr. Gagliano:
This letter is a follow up to your email received on July 18, 2025, along with several
photographs. The Board of.Trustees reviewed your request to remove three (3) Oak
trees and one (1) Beech tree on your property within 100' of the wetlands. These trees
were reviewed and seen by Trustee Glenn Goldsmith on November 5, 2025.
The Board of Trustees determined that the three (3) Oak trees and one (1) Beech tree
may be removed at this time. No permit will be required in order to perform this work.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

We recently had a horrible with wind storm and many limbs of our trees came down.We are very concerned about safety
for us and our home. I will be seeking approval to take down a few more trees.Would you be the person to send pictures
to be submitted to the trustees and Mr. Goldsmith?I would love for this to be as expeditious as possible.
