As their original request in May 2021 they requested a split rail fence for the front of the house which was approved and they would like to keep.And for the rear yard they requested wood posts and 1x1 black wire mesh.They would like to revise their request for the back yard fence to constructed out of black metal posts and the 1x1 mesh.A slight change.The idea is to keep the fence transparent as you can see from the pictures included the black metal is very unassuming. With shortages of material and cost escalation in wood they are requesting to change from wood posts to black metal posts. Please let us know if you need any further information. I have a question. I think you answered it before but asking again—sorry. I went through the process with the historical board for a fence request for a client. We got the request approved. Client thinks they want to change the material from a wood post with 1x1 black wire mesh to a Black metal post with 1x1 wire mesh. For this revision request would we have to go through the whole process of the hearing or would the board review it on their own and render a decision? Secondly, when is the next meeting that we would be able to sit for in the event we moved forward.
