Southold, at Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York, known and designated as and lot
number 19 on a certain map entitled "Map of Rosewood Estates"and filed in the Office
of the Clerk of Suffolk County on January 24, 1969 as Map No. 5240.
SAID PREMISES known as and by 1185 Rosewood Drive, Mattituck, New York.
BEING the same premises conveyed by a deed dated July 11, 1978, by and between
John Koroloski and Rose Koroloski, husband and wife, as Grantors, and Bruno Sabat,
Jr. and Carol S. Sabat, husband and wife, as Grantees, said deed having been
recorded by the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 27, 1978 at Liber 8469 page 57. It
is noted that the July 11, 1978 deed contained a scrivener's error and that Carol S.
