of Gustav Bayer at Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York" made and surveyed by Otto W.
Van Tuyl, Surveyor, Greenport, New York and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on July 24, 1935 as Map No. 1184, which said lots when taken together are
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of Wickham
