WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, pursuant to
DISTRICT Resolution Number 628-2025 adopted by the Suffolk County
1000 Legislature on August 5, 2025 and, thereafter, approved by the
County Executive on August 7, 2025, in consideration of Thirty

and otherwise known as District 1000, Section 108.00,
Block 04.00 Lot 007.022, further described as p/o
Rebeka' s Road, on a certain map entitled "Map of Elijah's
Lane Estates", filed in the office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County on February 14, 1974 as Map No, 6065,
Section 1; and
AND the premises described herein shall not be
independently improved by the erection of any habitable
structure and can be merged with grantee's adjoining parcel if
applicable so as to form one single lot. There can be no
further subdivision of the merged parcel unless it is
consistent with local law and/or village zoning codes and
standards of the Suffolk County Department of Health Services,
applicable at the time application is made. This restrictive
covenant shall be enforceable by the County of Suffolk by
injunctive relief or by any other remedy, in equity or at law.
The failure of the County of Suffolk or any agency thereof the
enforce this covenant shall not be deemed to impose any
liability whatsoever upon the County of Suffolk or any
officer, or agent thereof. This covenant and restriction shall
run with the land and shall be binding upon the grantee, their
successors and assigns, and upon all persons claiming _under
them; and
FURTHER, not withstanding the above description, it is
the intention of this conveyance to give title only to such
property as acquired by the County of Suffolk by Tax Deed on
May 25, 1989, from General L. Rains, as the Deputy County
Treasurer of Suffolk County, New York, and recorded on May 25,
