Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot#41 on a
certain map entitled, "Map of Subdivision Saltaire Estates", and filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on August 3, 1966, as Map Number 4682 bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Wavecrest Lane, distant 405.67 feet
