premises herein granted unto the parry of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything

situate, lying and being at Southold,Town of Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner of the northerly one-half of Lot#13, Block C, shown on "Map of
Reydon Shores, Bayview, L.I.N.Y.", and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office, RUNNING THENCE along
the rear line of Lots 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 on said map, South 20*11' 20" West, 135.0 feet to the
southwesterly corner of Lot#17;
