2020 NYStretch code in climate 4 R-21 Cavity Insulation is minimum on Exterior Wall Assemblies The Code is
PRESCRIPTIVELY MET with an R-21 Cavity wall however, Rescheck implemented A U-Value of.045, which requires a
much higher R-Value. Dilandro Andrews Engineering has contacted Rescheck regarding this discrepancy on
05/31/2023.The Rescheck help desk stated that while this discrepancy has been noted, the correction has not been
made. Within this completed and passing Rescheck, the exterior wall is shown to have R-21 cavity and R-4
continuous. The R-4 continuous insulation is required to yield a PASSING score on Rescheck but will NOT be installed
