38.-Moved by Supervisor Murphy, seconded by Councilwoman Oliva, it was
(a) RESOLVED that the TOwn Board of the Town of Southold hereby creates the Board
of Trustees for the town of $outhold Emoloyees Health Benefit Plan, said Board
to be comprised of five (5) member.
38.-Vote of the Town Board: Ayes: Councilwoman Larsen, Councilwoman Oliva,
(a) Councilwoman Cochran, Justice Edwards, Supervisor Murphy.
This resolution was declared duly ADOPTED.
SUPERVISOR MURPHY: Number 38b is to appoint the members to that Board.
39.-Moved by COuncilwoman Oliva, seconded by Councilwoman Cochran, it was ~-~
(b) RESOLVED that the Town Board of the ToWn of Southold. hereby appoints the
followincj indi~)iduals to the BOard of Trustees for the Town of Southold Employees i
Health Benefit Plan, effective immediately; Andrew D. Stype, Paul A. Caminiti,
James A. Hinsch, M.D., Hiller Kahn, and Joan Horton.

This resolution was declared duly ADOPTED.
SUPERVISOR MURPHY: Number 38c is to authorize the exeCution of an agreement
between the Town and this Board of Trustees.
38.-Moved by Councilwoman Cochran, seconded by Councilwoman Oliva, it was
(c) RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby authorizes and
directs Supervisor Francis J. Murphy to execute an acjreement between the Town
of Southold and the Trustees for the Town of Southold Employees Health Benefit
Plan, whose duties will be to review and adjudicate claims under the Health Benefit
Plan.
