Dear Mr. & Mrs. Gunzburg:
This letter is a follow up to your email received on October 6, 2025, along with several
photographs. The Board of Trustees reviewed your.request to remove the two (2) trees
that haven't bloomed on your property within 100' of the wetlands. These trees were
reviewed and seen by Trustee Liz Gillooly on October 21, 2025.
The Board of Trustees determined that the two (2) trees may be removed at this time.
The Board of Trustees would like you to consider planting two (2) native hardwood trees
with a minimum 3" caliper anywhere on your property to help mitigate the loss of these
trees. No permit will be required in order to perform this work.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any,other agency.
