THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION NO. 2015-532 WAS
ADOPTED AT THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD ON
JUNE 2, 2015:
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby establishes the Southold
Town Code Committee and appoints the following members to serve on said Committee,
effective June 2, 2015:
Supervisor Scott A. Russell
Councilman William Ruland
Councilman James Dinizio, Jr.
Councilwoman Jill Doherty
Councilman Robert Ghosio
Justice Louisa Evans
Town Attorney William Duffy
Planning Board Chairman Donald Wilcenski and/or designee
Planning Director Heather Lanza and/or designee
Chief Building Inspector Michael Verity and/or designee
and be it further,
RESOLVED that the Town Board of the Town of Southold hereby appoints Supervisor Scott A.
Russell to serve as Chairman of the Southold Town Code Committee.
