Dear Mr. Ciampa:
This letter is a follow up to your email of September 18, 2025, along with photographs.
Trustee Elizabeth Peeples reviewed your request to trim/prune four (4) trees that are
located on your property and are within 100' of the wetlands.
Trustee Peeples determined that the four (4) trees near the wetlands may be
trimmed/pruned at this time. No permit will be required in order to perform this work.
If in the future it is deemed necessary for any of the four trees to be,removed, please
submit a new request for said removal.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

thanks for the prompt response
tree closest to flagpole looks to be a take down (hopefully not),the plan is to prune first and wait to see what the spring
brings, but looking for permission today if necessary
the other three near hammock need pruning, no plans on removing them
again this is all per john @ shamrock's recommendation,along with his fertilization and deep root treatments

I'm reaching out to you,hope I've got the correct email/person,as I see you helped me this past spring on a tree work permit.
I'm looking to get a permit for four trees in my rear yard which need pruning&/or removal.
I've had John at Shamrock Tree Co look at the trees and will be doing the work.
The rear yard is accessible and at this time of year we are rarely around on weekdays.
I'm attaching a picture for reference.
Let me know what else you may need.
