Dear Mr. & Mrs. Diffley:
This letter is a follow up to your email'-received on October 1.4, 2025, along with several
photographs. The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove a broken tree in
close proximity to your house within 100' of the wetlands. The tree was reviewed and
seen by Trustee Glenn Goldsmith on October 14, 2025.
The Board of Trustees determined that the tree may be removed at this time. No permit
will be required in order to perform this work.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.
