Dear Mr. & Mrs. Ryan:
This letter is a follow up to your email received on October 4, 2025, along with several
photographs. The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove dead and
diseased branches, along with suckers on the trunks, of various trees on your property
within 1 00' of the wetlands. These trees were reviewed and seen by Trustee Elizabeth
Peeples on October 8, 2025.
The Board of Trustees determined that the dead and diseased branches, along with
suckers on the trunks be removed at this time. No permit will be required in order to
perform this work. If deemed necessary to remove any of these trees, please come
back to the Trustees Office with another request.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

My wife Glenna called Friday about tree pruning.We want to have dead, diseased, and other problematic
branches, along with any suckers on'the trunks, removed by a tree service to promote tree health and
safety. Attached are the requested photos:
1,MG_6069-two oaks in the non-turf buffer towards the east
IMG_6070- one oak in the middle of the backyard
IMG 6071 -two oaks on the west side of the house
I MG_6072-two oaks just off the south-east.corner of the house
IMG 6073-two oaks towards the street on the east side of the lot
IMG_6074-two oaks and a maple in the middle of the front yard
IMG_6075- oak at the end of the driveway on'western side of the lot
