The Board of Trustees reviewed your request to selectively prune dead branches from trees on your property within 100' of the wetlands. These trees were reviewed and seen by Trustee Glenn Goldsmith on October 3, 2025. The Board of Trustees determined that the dead branches may be selectively pruned at this time. No permit will be required in order to perform this work. Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office. This is not a determination from any other agency. If you have any questions, please call our office at (631) 765-1892. Don't know if this permission can be expedited, but it would be easier if it was sooner than later for the arborist to identify the dead. I appreciate any help to a quick response.
