Receipt'of `reports of the Supervisor, Dog Warderis, 'Building Department, Town Clerk, JusticeSuter, and Chief 'Cataldo for September 1976. 2. Audit of the bills will be approved following a recess of this meeting. 3. The -board has. received_ various proposals for the telephone communication at the town ha.il, " Southold from New York Telephone, Executone and Progressive. These proposals are being studied. On motion of Justice Demarest, seconded by Justice Suter, it was RESOLVED that request for partial funding from the Greenport School and Southold C.Y.O. be and hereby are denied. Vote of the Town Board: Ayes : Supervisor Martocchia, Councilman Rich, Councilman Homan, Justice Suter, Justice Demarest. This resolution was declared duly adopted. Supervisor Martocchia: 4. The board is studying the structure of the Conservation Advisory Council abd perhaps by the next meeting it will be complete and some action will be taken. 5. Suffolk County Legislator John T. Donohue has solicited the support of the town board for the activities of the Task Force for Solar Systems and Energy Conservation chaired by Mr. ' Donohue. 6. Town Board members and their wives have been invited to a ten year anniversary of the Southold Senior Citizens to be held on October 20, 1976 from 12 noon to 4 P.M. at the Matiituck Manor. Copies of the .budget can be obtained from the Town Clerk. They have reduced the rate `15�, from $3, 53 to $3.37..
