A public hearing was held by the Southold Town Board at the Supervisor 's Office in Greenport, on February 17, 1958, with the following present: Supervisor Klipp; ouncilmen Albertson and Demarest; Justice Clark and Attorney Tasker. This hearing was on the proposal to amend the Building Zone Ordinance of the Town of Southold by changing from "A" Residential and Agricult- ural District to "B" Business District on the petitions of THE CHASE MANHATTAN BANK and LYDI.A CADUGAN on property situate at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, N.Y. . Supervisor Klipp opened the hearing at 7:30 P.M. and read the call of the meeting. He then called upon any person present who wished to speak either for or against the aforesaid proposals to amend the Building Zone Ordinance . The minutes of this meeting were recorded by George Lederle. Moved by Councilman Albertson; seconded by Councilman Demarest: RESOLVED: That the regular monthly meeting of thi§ Board will be held at the office of Supervisor Norman E. Klipp at Greenport , on Tuesday, February 25, 10,58, at 1:30 P. I. Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Klipp; Council men Albertson and Demarest and Justices Clark. Moved by Justice Clark; seconded by Councilman Demarest: WHEREAS, a petition was heretofore filed with the Town Board of the Town of Southold by THE CHASE MANHATT.AN BANK requesting a change , modif- ication and amendment of the Building Zone Ordinance , including the Building Zone Maps made a part thereof by changing from "A" Residential and Agricultural District to "B" Business District the property described in said petition, and WHEREAS , said petition was duly referred to the Planning Board for its investigation, recommendation and report, and its report having been filed with the Town Board, and thereafter, a public hearing in relation to said petition having been duly held by the Town Board on the 17th day of February, 1958, and due deliberation having been had thereon NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED that the relief demanded in said petition, be , and it hereby is granted. By changing from "A" Residential and .Agricultural 'District to "B" Business District the following described property: ALL that tract or parcel of land situate , lying and being at Cutchogue , in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, J BEGINNING at the southwesterly co-•°ner of the premises herein des- -cr. ibed at a point in the easterly line of New Suffolk Lane and at the northwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Ellis F. Billard and Natalie T. Billard, his wife; running thence North 9 degrees . 53 minutes 20 seconds West along the easterly line of New Suffolk Lane 110.25 feet to land of the estate of Charis L. Kendrick, deceased; thence North 68 degrees 32 minutes 20 seconds East along said land of the Estate of Charis L.
