Dear Mr. Fischetti:
This letter is in regards to Suffolk County Department of Health's request that the SEQRA
Determination be updated as a condition of the Notice of Incomplete Application.
I have reviewed the existing SEQRA Application and conducted a site visit. I find that none of
the circumstances have changed and the present SEQRA Determination of record is accurate and
shall stand.
Further testament to this is the enclosed Site Plan Approval extension which was granted on 1
October 2002.

Description of Action:
This proposed site plan is for the construction of a 2,520 square foot storage
building.

Reasons Supporting This Determination:
This project involves the construction of a 2,520 square foot storage building in
Cutchogue. A storage building is a permitted use in this Light Industrial (LI)
zone, thus the proposed action is consistent as planned.
An Environmental Assessment Form has been submitted and reviewed,
and it was determined that no significant adverse effects to the
environment were likely to'occur should the project be implemented
as planned.
There has not been any correspondence received from the New York State
Department of Environmental Conservation in the allotted time.
Therefore, it is assumed that there are no comments or objections
from that agency.
The applicant will have to comply with the requirements of the Suffolk
County Sanitary Code (SCSC) and all relevant standards of water supply
and sewage disposal systems. Design and flow specification, subsurface
soil conditions and site plan details will have to be approved by the Suffolk
County Department of Health Services (SCDHS). This impact is not
considered significant due to the anticipated project compliance with
established requirements of the SCSC and the SCDHS and the required
relevant permits.
