A public hearing was held by the Southold Town Board at the office of
the Supervisor at Greenpor. ,, on Monday, November 25, 1957, at 7:00 P.M.
with the following present: Super-gisor Klipp; Councilman Albertson;
Justices Tuthill and. Clark; Town Attorney
Teryy and Town Clerk Booth,
This hearing was on the proposal to amend the Building Zone Ordinance
of the Town of Southold by changing from "A" Residential and Agricultural
- District to "B" Business District on a parcel of land situate at Green®
port , in the T own of Southold, property of George and John Muir and
A . B. Rosenberg. Also the petition of Edna Brown for a change of zone
which was continued from the meeting of November 7th.
The Supervisor opened the hearing at 7:00 o 'clock and read the call of
the meeting® He then called upon anyt person present who wished to speak
either for or against the proposal to amend the Building Zone Ordinance
on the aforesaid parcels of land. The hearing was duly closed at 8:10
P.M. The minutes of this hearing were recorded by George T. Lederle.
