MEETING OF NOVEMBER 18, 1957.
A joint meeting of the Southold Town Board and the Southold Town
Trustees was held at the Town Clerk's Office in Southold, on Monday,
November 18, 1957. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. with
the following present: Supervisor Klipp; Councilman Albertson; Justices
Tuthill and Demarest; Town .Attorney Terry and Town Clerk Booth and the
Town Board of Trustees .
There were lengthy discussions of objections to the application of
— Meadow P oint Properties Inc. to the Board of Commissioners of the
land office at Albany, for a grant of land under water in Peconic Bay,
at Southold, N.Y.
Moved by Councilman Albertson; seconded by Justice Demarest:
RESOLVED: That Supervisor Norman E. Klipp be authorized to take the
necessary steps to protest the action of Meadow Point Properties Inc.
in their application to the Board of Commissioners of the Land Office
at Albany, N.Y. for a grant of land under water in Peconic Bay, at
Southold, N.Y.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Klipp; Councilman Albertson,
Justices Tuthill and Demarest.
Adjournment was at 9 P.M. Ralph P. Booth
