14HEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County
Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted
by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the
Office of the County Clerk of Suffoik County on the 21st day
of August , 1964, and that thereupon title in fee simple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested
in the County of Suffolk, Now York, and the proceeding continued
for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to
the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding
is to be ascertained by the Court without a fury, and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as
aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk
ALBIN' PIETREWICZ of Main Road, Cutchogue, New York
owned the parcel of property acqquired as aforesaid and designated
in said proceeding as Map No. 80 , which said parcel of property
is more particularly described as follows:
ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road,
C.R. No. 27 as shown on a Map No. 80, and described as follows:
PARCEL "A"
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly boundary of the existing
Middle Road at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line
between the lands of Benjamin Butler, reputed owner on the East, and the
lands of Albin Pictrewicz, reputed owner on the West, said point being 59 f
feet distant Southerly, measured radially from station 241 + 52 t of the
hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of
Middle Road, C.R. No. 27, thence Southerly along said division line 1 :L feet
to a point 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured radially from station
241 + 52 f of said center line; thence Westerly on a curve deflecting to the
left having a radius of 1849.86 feet, an arc distance of 297 f feet to a point
of tangency 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured at right angles, from
station 238+ 45.12 of said center line; thence Westerly 188 t feet to a point
on the division line between the lands of Albin Pietrewicz, reputed owner on
the East, and the lands of James Wickham Estate, reputed owner on the West,
the last mentioned point being 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured at right
angles, from station 236 + 57 f of the said center line; thence Northerly
along said division line 50 feet to its intersection with the Southerly boundary
of said existing road, the last mentioned point being 11 t feet distant Southerly,
measured at right angles, from station 236 + 65 : of the said center line;
thence Easterly along the last mentioned boundary of said existing road 482 f
feet to the point of beginning; being 9133 f s,f. or 0.210 acres.more or less.

BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly boundary of the existing
Middle Road at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line

between the lands of James Wickham Estate, reputed owner on the West, and
the lands of Albin Pietrewicz, reputed owner on the East, said point being 41 i
feet distant Northerly, measured at right angles, from station 236 + 66 ±of the
hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of
Middle Road, C.R. No. 27, thence Northerly along said division line 19 ±
feet to a point 60.00 feet distant Northerly, measured at right angles, from
station 236+ 69 f of said center line; thence Easterly 176 _feet to a point
of curvature 60.00 feet distant Northerly, measured at right angles, from
station 238+ 45. 12 of said center line; thence Easterly on a curve deflecting
to the right having a radius of 1969.86 feet, an arc distance of 378 f feet to
a point of reverse curvature 60.00 feet distant Northerly, measured radially
from station 242 + 11.00 of said center line; thence Northerly on a curve
deflecting to the left having a radius of 73 i-feet, an arc distance of 117 ±
feet to a point of tangency on the Westerly boundary of the existing Cox's Lane,
the last mentioned point being 137 t feet distant Northerly, measured radially
from station 242 + 77 ±of the said center line; thence Southerly along the
said Westerly boundary 141 ±feet to a point 4 t feet distant Southerly, measured
radially from station 242 + 90 ±of the said center line; thence Westerly along
the last mentioned boundary of said existing road 626 ±feet to the point of
beginning; being 35672 ±s.f. or 0.819 acres more or less.
PARCEL "C" - Cut Easement
BEGINNING at a point on the division line between the lands of Albin
Pietrewicz, reputed owner on the East, and the lands of James Wickham Estate,
reputed owner on the ,'Vest, said point being 60.00 feet distant Northerly,
measured at right angles, from station 236 + 67 ±of the hereinafter described
survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, C.R. No. 27,
thence Northerly along said division line 8 i feet to a point 68.00 feet distant
Northerly, measured at right angles, from station 236+ 69 f of said center line;
thence Easterly 131 4 feet to a point 60.00 feet distant Northerly, measured at
right angles, from station 238+ 00.00 of said center line; thence Westerly 133
feet to the point of beginning; being 524± s.f. or 0.01Z acres more or less.
PARCEL "D" - rill Easement
BEGINNING at a point 60.00 feet distant Northerly, measured at
right angles, from station 238 + 00.00 of the hereinafter described survey
center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, C.R. No..27,
thence Easterly 46 ±feet to a point 65.00 feet distant Northerly, measured at
right angles, from station 238+ 45.12 of said center line; thence still Easterly
on a curve deflecting to the right having a radius of 1974.86 feet an arc distance
of 379 ±feet to a point 65.00 feet distant Northerly, measured radially from
station 242 + 11.00 of said center line; thence Northeasterly 42 -feet to a point i
80.00 feet distant Northerly, measured radially from station 242+ 50.00 of said i
center line; thence Northerly 67 ±feet to a point on the Westerly boundary of the
existing Cox's Lane, the last mentioned point being 137 i feet distant Northerly,
measured radially from station 242 + 77 ±of the said center line; thence Southerly
on a curve deflecting to the right having a radius of 73 ±feet, an arc distance of
117 f feet to a point of reverse curvature 60.00 feet distant Northerly, measured

survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, C.R. No. 27,
