WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the2lst day of August , 196 4 , and that thereupon title in fee simple to the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk, New York, and the proceeding continued for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding is to be ascertained by the Court without a jury, and WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk EDWARD x. 'ZUHOSKI, JR., JOSEP'j S. ZUHOShI, & of Cutchogue, New fork FRANCES ZUHOSKI owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No. 60 - , which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows: Sheet 1 of 2 Revised - Parcels "E" & "F" ALL those pieces or parcels of land sit;.,ate in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York for the recon- struction of Middle Road, County Road No. 27, as shown on Map No. 60 and described as follows: PARCEL "E" BEGINNI.aG at a point on the southerly boundary of the existing Middle Road at the intersection of the said boundary mith the division line between the lands of Edward A. Zuhoski, Jr., reputed owner on the east, and the lands of Frances Z`hoski, Edward A. Zuhoski, Jr. and Joseph S. Zuhoski, reputed owners on the west, said point being 11 ± feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 195 + 33 ± of the hereinafter des- cribed survey center line of the proposed reconstraction of Middle Road, County Road No. 27, thence southerly along said division line 71 + feet to a point 60.00 feet distant southerly measured at right angles, from station 195 + 40 + of said center line; thence westerly 17 ± feet to a point on the division line between the lands of Frances Zuhoski, Edward A. Zuhoski, Jr. and Joseph A. Zuhoski, reputed owners on the east, and the lands of Frances Zuhoski, reputed owner on the west, the last mentioned point being 60.00 feet distant southerly, measured at right ankles, from station 195 + 23 + of the said center line; thence along said division line 71 t feet to its intersection with the southerly boundary of said existing road, the last mentioned point being 11 + feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 195 + 15 + of the said center line; thence easterly along the last mentioned boundary of said existing road 17 + feet to the point of beginning; being 1207 + s.f. or .028 acre more or less. 6 fr � �PIN\
