"A" and "B" - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - F•lHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the 21st day of August . 1964, aiid tha,; thereupon title in foe simple to the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested i.n tho Cou7`,y of. Suffolk, New Ye-oh, and the proceeding continued for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding is to be ascertained by the Court without a jury, and WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk ADAM and SOPHIE 'LAVE'ShI of Main Road, Peconic, New York owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No. 92 , which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows: ALL THOSE PI.9CES or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New l;ork for the reconstruction of Middle Road, C.R. No. 27, as shown on Map No. 92 and described as follows: PA..1CZ:L "A" BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly boundary of the existing Middle_toad at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line between toe lands of Adam Zaveski, reputed owner on the "Jest, and the lands of:,lizabeth Horton, reputed owner on the East, said point being 4 feet distant Southerly, measured at right an.,lcs, from station 290 + 57 t of the hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, C.R. No. 27, thence Southerly, along said division line 60 & feet to a point 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured at right angles, from station 290 + 78 -of said center line; thence VIcsterly 282 =feet to a point on the division line between the lands of:edam Zaveski, reputed owner on the East, and the lards of County of Suffolk, reputed owner on the .Vest, the last mentioned point being 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured at right angles, from station 287 + 96 e.of the said center line; thence Northerly along said division line 65 feet to its intersection with the said Southerly boundary of said existing road, the last mentioned point being 2 :feet distant Northerly, measured at right an les, from station 287 + 73 of the said center line; thence Easterly along the said boundary 284 feet to the point of beginning; being 16,585 -h s.f. or 0.381 acres -,-,,.ore or less.
