WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County Improvement Act the
above entitled proceeding was duly instituted by an Order of the Supreme Court which was
duly filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the 2'lstday of
August , 1964 , and that thereupon title in fee simple to the property-to be
acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk, New York, and the
proceeding continued for the purpose of determining .the compensation to be made to the
owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding is to be ascertained by the
Court without a jury, and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of
Suffolk
HENRY P. WIC1tHAM of Wolver Hollow Road, Brookville, New York
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding
as Map No. 79111 which said parcel of property is more particularly described as
follows:
ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road,
County Road No. 27, as shown on Map No. 79R1 and described as follows:
PARCEL "A"
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly boundary of the existing
Middle Road at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line
between the lands of Albin Pietrewicz, reputed owner on the north, and the
lands of Henry P. vVickham, reputed owner on the south, said point being
I I t feet distant easterly, measured at right angles, from Station 236+ 65
of the hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction
of Middle Road, County Road No. 27; thence easterly along said division line
50 t feet to a point 60.00 feet distant easterly, measured at rightanglos, from
Station 236 + 57 t of said center line; thence southerly 523 t feet to a point on
the division line between the lands of Henry P. ;Vickham, reputed owner on the
north and the lands of tiV. J. Krupski, reputed owner on the south, the last
mentioned point being 60.00 feet distant easterly, measured at right angles,
from Station 231 + 34 f of the said center line; thence westerly along said
division line 64 t feet to its intersection with the southeasterly boundary of
said existing road, the last mentioned point being 2 i feet distant westerly,
measured at right angles, from Station 231 + 43 t of the said center line;
thence northerly along the last mentioned boundary of said existing road
523 t feet to the point of beginning; being 29,219 = s,f. or 0.671 a acres
more,or less.
PARCEL "B"
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly boundary of the existing
Middle Road, County Road No. 27, at the intersection of the said boundary with
the division line between the lands of Henry P. �,Iickham, reputed owner on the
north, and the lands of Nathan and Jennie Harris, reputed owners on the south,
said point being 47 ±feet distant westerly, measured at right angles, from
Station 233 + 4 of Nhddieherelnafter described survey center line of the proposed
Road, County Road No. 27; thence westerly along said

angles, from Station 233 + 50 t of said center line; thence northerly 169 t feet
to a point on the division line between the lands of Henry,P. Wicldham, reputed
owner on the south, and the lands of John S. Wickham, reputed owner on the
north, the last mentioned point being 60.00 feet distant westerly, measured at

of said existing road, the last mentioned point being 44 t feet distant westerly,

point of beginning; being 2479 f s.f. or 0.057 acres more or less.
PARCEL "C" -Cut Easement.
BEGINNING at a point on the division line between the lands of Henry P.
Wickham, reputed owner on the north, and the lands of Nathan and Jennie Harris,
reputed owners on the south, said point being 60.00 feet distant westerly,
measured at right angles, from Station 233 + 50 t of the hereinafter described
survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, County Road
No. Z7; thence westerly along said division line 5 f feet to a point 65.00 feet
distant westerly, measured at right angles, from Station Z33 + 50 t of said
center line; thence northerly 169 f feet to a point on the division line between
the lands of Henry P. Wickham, reputed owner on the south, and the lands of
John S. Wickham, reputed owner on the north, the last mentioned point being
67.00 feet distant westerly, measured at right angles, from Station Z35 + 19 t
of the said center line; thence easterly along said division line 7 t feet to a
point 60.00 feet distant westerly, measured at right angles, from Station
Z35 + '19 t of the said center line; thence southerly 169 t feet to the point of
beginning; being 949 f s.f. or 0.022 acres more or less.
PARCEL "D" - Cut Easement.
BEGINNING at a point on the division line between the lands of Albin
Pietrewicz, reputed owner on the north, and the lands of Henry P. Wickham,
reputed owner on the south, said point being 60.00 feet distant easterly,
measured at right angles, from Station 2J6+ 57 t of the hereinafter described
survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, County Road
No. 27, thence easterly along said division line 5 t feet to a point 65.00 feet
distant easterly, measured at right angles, from Station 236+ 57 t of said
center line; thence southerly 523 f feet to a point on the division line between
the lands of Henry P. Wickham, reputed owner on the north, and the lands of
W. J. Krupski, reputed owner on the south, the last mentioned point being
65.00 feet distant easterly, measured at right angles, from Station 231 + 34 i
of the said center line; thence westerly along said division line 5 t feet to
a point 60.00 t feet distant easterly, measured at right angles, from Station
Z31 + 34 t of the said center line; thence northerly 523 t feet to the point of
beginning; being 2615 f s.f. or 0.060 acres more or less.
The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey center
line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, County Road No. 27, as
shown on a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works of
Suffolk County.
