ROAD EXTENSION, C.R. 27 A, MIDDLE ROAD, RE: MAP No. 6 R
C.R. 27 and MIDDLE ROAD EXTENSION, C.R.27B (parcel A-2, B, & C)
in the said Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York.
WHEREAS,pursuant to the provisions of the Nassau,Suffolk and Erie Counties Improvement Act the above
entitled proceeding was duly instituted and that by an order duly entered therein three commissioners of estimate to
ascertain and determine the compensation to be made to the respective owners of the real property to be acquired in
said proceeding were duly appointed and that the oaths of said commissioners were duly filed in the office of the
County Clerk of Suffolk County on June 25 19 62 ,and that thereupon title in fee simple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk,New York,and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said Couaty of Suffolk
EDITH A:. YOUNG of Westphalia Road, Box 61, Mattituck, N.Y.
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No. 6 R (Parcel A-2,
which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows: B & C)
ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road Extension, County
toad No. 27 A, as shown on Map No. 6 R and described as follows:

DEGINNLNTG at a point on the northerly boundary of the existing Middle Road
+< Extension at the intersection of the said boundary with the existing easterly boundary
of Shirley goal, said point being 40 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles,
from station 33 1. 66 f of the hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed
Reconstruction of Middle Road Extension County Road No. 27 A, thence northerly
along said easterly boundary of Shirley Road 61 do feet to a point 98 feet distant north-
erly measured at right angles from station 33 , 48 t of said center line; thence easterly
on a curve deflecting to the left having a radius of 54 zk feet an arc distance of 66 t feet
to a point 60 feet distant northerly measured at right angles, from station 33 + 97 t of
said center line; thence easterly 143 t feet to a point on the division line between the
lands of Ldita hl. Young, reputed owner on the west and the lands of Anna M. Whyte,
reputed owner on the east, the last mentioned point being 60 feet distant northerly,
measur-1 at right angles, from station 35 : 40 f of the said center line; thence south-

said existing road, the last mentioned point being 40 feet distant northerly, measured
