WHEREAS,pursuant to the provisions of the Nassau,Suffolk and Erie Counties Improvement Act the above
entitled proceeding was duly instituted and that by an order duly entered therein three commissioners of es6matc to
ascertain and determine the compensation to be made to the respective owners of the real property to be acquired in
said proceeding were duly appointed and that the oaths of said commissioners were duly filed in the office of the
County Clerk of Suffolk County on June 25, 19 62,and that thereupon title in fee simple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk,New York,and
WHEREAS,immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk
LINDA PIKE of Mattituck, New York
a/k/as Emilia Theolinda Pike
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No.
which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL"A"
ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for the construction of Middle Road Extension
County Road No, 27B, as shown on Map No. 31 and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly boundary of the existing
Maryts Road at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line between
the lands of I. Dudley Pike reputed owner on the south, and the lands of John J.
Sidor, reputed owner on the north, said point being 990.67 feet distant southerly,
measured along the easterly boundary of Maryts Road, thence easterly along said
division line 539.49 feet to an angle point thence southerly 40.08 feet to a point
thence westerly through the lands of L Dudley Pike on a line parallel to and 40
feet distant southerly from said division line a distance of 540.86 feet to its
intersection with the said easterly boundary of existing Maryts Road, thence northerly
along the said easterly boundary 40.02 feet to the point of beginning; being 21,600 t
s,f, or 0.496 acres more or less.
The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey
center line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road C.R. 27 and Middle Road
Extension C.R. 27A and the construction of Middle Road Extension C.R.27B, as
shown on a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works of Suffolk
County.
PARCEL "B"
ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for the construction of Middle Road Extension
County Road No. 27B, as shown on Map No. 31 and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly boundary of the existing
Maryts Road at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line between
the lands of Long Island Railroad(Main Line) reputed owner on the south, and the
lands of L Dudley Pike, reputed owner on the north, said point being 155 f feet
distant southerly, measured at right angles, from station 77 + 25 f of the hereinafter
described survey center line of the proposed construction of Middle Road Extension
County Road No. 27B, thence northerly along said boundary line 300 t feet to a point

126+feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 78+ 3Z +of,said
center line; thence southeasterly on a curve to the left having a radius of 48 t feet an
arc distance of 9Z+feet to a point 60 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles,
from station 78+ 78 of said center line; thence easterly on a curve to the left having
a radius of 5,669.58,feet an arc distance of 141 +feet to a point 60 feet distant northerly,
measured at right angles, from station 80+ 19.29 of said center line; thence easterly
390 f feet to a point on the divisionline between the lands of L Dudley Pike reputed
owner on the west and the lands of John J. Sidor, .reputed owner on the east, the
last mentioned point being 60 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from
station 84+ 30 of the said centerline; thence southerly along said divisionline 163 t
feet to its intersection with the first mentioned division line, said point being 91 +
feet distaitrt southerly, measured at right angles, from station 83+ 49 +of the said
center line; thence westerly along first mentioned division line 634+feet to the point
ob beginning; being 110,514+ s.f. or 2,537 acres more or less.
The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey
center line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road C.R. 27 and Middle Road
Extension C.R.27A, and the construction of Middle Road Extension C.R. 27B as shown
on a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works of Suffolk County.
PARCEL"C" - Cut Easement
ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for the construction of Middle Road Extension
County Road No. 27B, as shown on Map No. 31 and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point, said point being 60 feet distant northerly,
measured at right angles, from station 81 + 50 of the hereinafter described survey
center line of the proposed construction of Middle Road Extension County Road
No. 27B, thence easterly 151 +feet to a point 65 feet distant northerly, measured
at right angles, from station 8Z+ 00 of said center line; thence still easterly 150
feet-to a point 65 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 83+
50 of said center line; thence still easterly 60 +feet to a point on the division line
between the lands of L Dudley Pike reputed owner on the west and the lands of John
J. Sidor, reputed owner on the east, the last mentioned point being 60 feet distant
northerly, measured at right angles, from station 84+ 10 +of the said center line;
thence westerly 360 +.feet to the point of beginning; being 1.275+ s.f, or 0.029 acres
more or less.
The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey
center line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road C.R.27 and Middle Road
Extension C.R, 27A, and the construction of Middle Road Extensibn C.R. 27B as shown
on a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works of Suffolk
County.
