WHEREAS,pursuant to the provisions of the Nassau,Suffolk and Erie Counties Improvement Act the above
entitled proceeding was duly instituted and that by an order duly entered therein three commissioners of estimate to
ascertain and determine the compensation to be made to the respective owners of the real property to be acquired in
said proceeding were duly appointed and that the oaths of said commissioners were duly filed in the office of the '
County Clerk of Suffolk County on June 25, 1962 ,and that thereupon title in fee simple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk,New York,and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title aAaforesaid in the said County of Suffolk
JOSEPH W. ZALESKI, and
ELIZABETH R. ZALESKI, his wife, of Mattituck, New York
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No.30
which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows:
ALL that piece or parcel of land situate in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk, State of New York for the construction of Middle Road Extension County
Road No. 27 B as shown on Map No. 30 and described as follows:
Bz ,INNING at a point on the westerly boundary of the existing Mary's Road, s
said p t being 125 f feet distant southerly, measured at right angles, from
statio 6+ 83fof the hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed
const tion of Middle Road Extension County Road No. 27 B, thence northwesterly
on a curve deflecting to the left having a radius of 48 t feet an arc distance of 92 f
feet to a point 60 feet distant southerly, measured at right angles, from station
76+ 37 of said center line; thence westerly on a curve deflecting to the right having
a radius of 5,789.58 feet an arc distance of 66 t feet to a point on the common
division line between the lands of Joseph W. Zaleski and Elizabeth R. Zaleski re-
puted owners on the east and the lands of L. Barron Hill, Adelaide H. Hill, and
Hedwig P. Terry and the lands of Joseph Zimnoski, Jr. and Bertha Zimnoski, re-
puted owners on the west, the last mentioned point being 60 feet distant southerly,
measured at right angles, from station 75 + 70 f of the said center line; thence
northerly along said common division line 100 f feet to its intersection with the
division line between the lands of Irwin A. Tuthill and Anna S. Tuthill, reputed
owners on the north and the lands of Joseph W. Zaleski and Elizabeth R. Zaleski,
reputed owners on the south, said point of intersection being 35 t feet distant north-
erly, measured at right angles, from station 76 + 04 t of the said center line;thence
easterly along last mentioned division line 127 i feet to a point on the said westerly
boundary of existing Mary's Road, the last mentioned point being 01 d:feet distant
northerly, measured at right angles, from station 77 + ZS f of said center line;
thence southerly along the last mentioned westerly boundary of said existing Mary's
Road 134 f feet to the point of beginning; being 11,5Z4 t s. f. or 0.265 acres more or
less, and being a part or portion of Lots No, 35 and 36 as shown on a map entitled
"Map of Garden Heights" and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on
June 24, 1929 as Map No. 577.
The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey center line for
the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road C.R. 27 and Middle Road Extension
C.R. 27 A, and the construction of Middle Road Extension C.R. 27 B as shown on a
map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works of Suffolk County.
