In the Matter of the Petition of the COUNTY OF SUFFOLK for the purpose of acquiring the real properties in the Town of Southold, required in RECEIPT AND RELEASE connection with the reconstruction of MIDDLE ROAD, C.R. 27, MIDDLE ROAD EXTENSION, RE: MAP No. 15 C.R. 27 A, MIDDLE ROAD EXTENSION, C.R. 27 B, in the said Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York. to WHEREAS,pursuant to the provisions of the Nassau,Suffolk and Eric Counties Improvement Act the above *' entitled proceeding was duly instituted and that by an order duly entered therein three commissioners of estimate to r v m ascertain and determine the compensation to be made to the respective owners of the real property to be acquired in u m said proceeding were duly appointed and that the oaths of said commissioners were duly filed in the office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on June 25, 1962 ,and that thereupon title in fee simple to the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk,New York,and WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk CARL HENRY BESCH of Mattituck, New York owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No.15 which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows: ALL that piece or parcel of land situate in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road Extension County Road No. 27 A, as shown on Map No. 15 and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northerly boundary of the existing Midile Road Extension at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line between the lands of Charles Abrahams reputed owner on the west, and the lands of Carl Henry Besch, reputed owner on the east, said point being 40 feet distant northerly measured at right angles from station 58+ 64 f of the hereinafter described sur- vey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road Extension County Road No. 27 A, thence northerly along said division line 44 f feet to an angle point 84 f feet distant northerly, measured at right angles from station 58 + 64 y of said center line; thence easterly 50 feet to a point on the division line between the lands of Theodore C. Cortelyou and Ottillie F. Cortelyou, reputed owners on the north and the lands of Carl Henry Besch, reputed owner on the south the last men- tioned point being 84 f feet distant northerly measured at right angles from station 58+ 64 f ofthe said center line; thence easterly along last mentioned division line 115 feet to its intersection with the existing westerly boundary of Love Lane, the last mentioned point being 84:c feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 60 + 29 f of the said center line; thence southerly along the said westerly boundary of Love Lane 44 f feet to a point on the said northerly boundary of Middle Road Extension, C.R. 27 A; thence westerly along said northerly�bound- ary 16l f feet to a point 40 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 58 + 67.93, thence westerly on a curve deflecting to the left having a radius of 2924.79 feet an arc distance of 4.13 feet to the point of beginning; being 7,260 f s. f. or 0.167 acres more or less, and being the remainder of Lot No. 4 as shown on a map entitled "Map of Property of Mrs. Clara W. Reeve" and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on December 4, 1922 as Map No. 212. The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey center line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road C.R. 27 and Middle Road Extension C.R. 27 A and the construction of Middle Road Extension C.R. 27 B as shown on a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works of Suffolk County.
