In the Matter of the Petition of the COUNTY OF
SUFFOLK for the purpose of acquiring the
real properties in the Town of Southold, RECEIPT AND RELEASE
required in connection with the reconstruction RE: MAP No. 8
of MIDDLE ROAD, C.R. 27, MIDDLE ROAD
EXTENSION, C.R. 27A, MIDDLE ROAD
EXTENSION, C.R. Z7B, in the said Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York
WHEREAS,pursuant to the provisions of the Nassau,Suffolk and Erie Counties Improvement Act the above
entitled proceeding was duly instituted and that by an order duly entered therein three commissioners of estimate to
ascertain and determine the compensation to be made to the respective owners of the real property to be acquired in
said proceeding were duly appointed and that the oaths of said commissioners were duly filed in the office of the
County Clerk of Suffolk County on June 25 19 62,and that thereupon title in fee simple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk,New York,and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk
LOUIS and HELEN KINIRSKI of Mattituck, New York
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No. 8
which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows:
ALL that piece or parcel of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road
.Extension County Road No. 27A, as shown on Map No. 8 and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly boundary of the existing
Middle Road Extension at the intersection of the said boundary with the
division line between the lands of Anna M. Whyte reputed owner on the west,
and the lands of Louis and Helen Kinirski, reputed owners on the east, said
point being 40 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station
36+ 87 t of the hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed re-
construction of Middle Road Extension County Road No. 27A, thence
northerly along said division line 21 t feet to a point 60 feet distant northerly,
measured at right angles, from station 36+ 80 db of said center line; thence
easterly 50 t feet to a point on the division line between the lands of Louis
and Helen Kinirski reputed:owners on the west, and the lands of Edith M.
Young, reputed owner on the east, the last mentioned point being 60 feet distant
northerly, measured at right angles, from station 37+ 30 t of the said
center line; thence southerly along last mentioned division line 21 t feet to
its intersection with the said northerly boundary of Middle Road Extension
the last mentioned point being 40 feet distant northerly, measured at right
angles, from station 37+ 37 f of said center line; thence westerly along the
last mentioned northerly boundary of said existing road 50 f feet to the
point of beginning;being 1,000 t s.f. or 0.023 acres more or less.
The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey
center line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road Extension 27A and
Middle Road C.R. 27 and the construction of Middle Road Extension C.R. 27B
as shown on a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works
of Suffolk County.
