WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County.
Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted
by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the
Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the d 21st day
of August , 1964, and `that thereupon title in fee simple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested
in the County of Suffolk., Now Ycz!k, and the proceeding continued
for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to
the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding
is to be ascertained by the Court without a fury, and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as
aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk
WILLIAM WICKHAM of Box 1007, Cutchogue, New York
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated
in said proceeding as Map No. 52 , which said parcel of property
is more particularly described as follows:
ALL THOSE Pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York, for the reconstruction of Middle Road,
C.R. No. 27, as shown on Map No. 5Z and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly boundary of the existing Middle
Road at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line between the
lands of Eliot D. Moore Est., reputed owner on the East, and the lands of
William H. Wickham Est., reputed owner on the West, said point being 11 f
feet distant Northerly, measured at right angles, from station 167+ 39 f of the
hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of
Middle Road, C.R. No. 27, thence Southerly along said division line 71 f feet
to a point 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured at right angles, from station
167+ 41 f of said center line; thence Westerly 833 f feet to a point on the
division line between the lands of William H. Wickham Est., reputed owner
on the East, and the lands of E. C. Tuthill, reputed owner on the West, the
last mentioned point being 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured at right
angles, from station 159+ 08 t of the said center line; thence Northerly along
said division line 71 t feet to its intersection with the Southerly boundary of
said existing road, the last mentioned point being 11 f febt distant Northerly,
measured at right angles, from station 159+ 10 d of the said center line;
thence Easterly along the last mentioned boundary of said existing road 829 f
feet to the point of beginning; being 59,000 f s.f. or 1.354 acres more or less.

BEGINNING at a point on the division line between the lands of Eliot
D. Moore Est., reputed owner on the East, and the lands of William I-1.
Wickham Est., reputed owner on the West, said point being 60.00 feet distant
Southerly, measured at right angles, from station 167+41 f of the hereinafter
described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road,
