Middle Road C. R. 27 (Second RECEIPT AND RELEASE
Taking), in the Town of Southold, Re: MAP No. 57
Suffolk County, Now York.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Nassau, Suffolk and Erie Counties Im-
provement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted and that by an order duly
entered therein three commissioners of estimate to ascertain and determine the compensa-
tion to be made to the respective owners of,the real property to be acquired in said pro-
ceeding were duly appointed and that the oaths of said commissioners were duly filed in
the office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on August 213 is 64 , and
that thereupon title in fee simple to the property to be acquired in said proceeding became
vested in the County of Suffolk, New York, and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County
of Suffolk
STANLEY SIMCHICK of Alvah's Lane, Cutcho„ue, New York
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as
Map No. 57 which said parcel of property is more particularly described as fol-
lows:
ALL that piece or parcel of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle
Road, C. R. No. 27 as shown on Map No. 57 and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly boundary of the existing
Middle Road at the intersection of the said boundary with the Easterly
boundary of the existin3 Alvah's Lane, said point being 60 + feet distant
Northerly, measured radia ly from station 180 + 38 + of the hereinafter
described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of ?diddle
Road, C. R. No. 27, thence Northerly along said Easterly boundary 68 +
feet to a point of tangency 128 + feet distant Northerly measured ra(fall'
from station 1b0 + 33 + of said centor line; thence Southerly on a curve
deflecting to the left having a radius of 73.00 feet an arc distant of
108 + feLt to a point on the Northerly bo ndsry of said existing Middle
Road, the last mentioned :)oint being 60 + fe t distant, northerly,
measured radially from station 181 + 06 + of said center line; thence
westerly along; the last mentioned boundary of said existing road
68 + fe t to the point of beginning; being 1022 + s.f. or 0.023 acres
more or less.
The above menti,)ned surv•y center line is a portion of tie survey
center line for tm aoroo;ed recorn truction of Middle Road, C. R. No. 27
as s.ioan on a map on file in the office of the Comnissioner of Public
;;orks of Duffolk County.
