MIDDLE ROAD EXTENSION, C.R. 27A, RE: MAP No. b

Southold, Suffolk,County, New York
WHEREAS,pursuant to the provisions of the Nassau,Suffolk and Erie Counties Improvement Act the above
entitled proceeding was duly instituted and that by an order duly entered therein three commissioners of estimate to
ascertain and determine the compensation to be made to the respective owners of the real property to be acquired in
said proceeding were duly appointed and that the oaths of said commissioners were duly filed in the office of the
County Clerk of Suffolk County on June 25 19 62,and that thereupon title in fee simple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk,New York,and
WHEREAS,immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk
EDITH M. YOUNG of Mattituck, New York
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No.6
which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL "All
ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of the Middle Road
Extension County Road No. 27A, as shown on Map No. 6 and described as
follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly boundary of the existing
Middle Road Extension at the intersection of the said boundary with the exist-
ing easterly boundary of Shirley Road, said point being 40 feet distant north-
erly, measured at right angles, from station 33+ 66 t of the hereinafter desc-
ribed survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road
Extension County Road No. 27A, thence northerly along said easterly boundary
61 f feet to a point 98 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from
station 33+48 t of said center line; thence southerly on a curve deflecting
to the left having a radius of 54 feet t, an arc distance of 66 t feet to a point
60 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 33+ 97 f of
said center line; thence easterly 196 +feet to a point on the division line
between the lands of Edith M. Young reputed owner on the west and the lands
of Charles P. Whyte, reputed owner on the east, the last mentioned point
being 60 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 35+
93 f of the said center line; thence southerly along said division line 21 t
feet to its intersection with the said northerly boundary of Middle Road
Extension, the last mentioned point being 40 feet distant northerly, measured
at right angles, from station 36+ 00 t of said center line; thence westerly
along the last mentioned northerly boundary of said existing road 234 t feet
to the point of beginning; being 4,980 t a.f. or 0.114 acres more or less.
The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey
center line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road Extension C.R.
27 A and Middle Road C.R. 27 and the construction of Middle Road Exten-
sion C.R. 27B as shown on a map on file in the office of the Commissioner
of Public Works of Suffolk County.

ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road
Extension County Road No. 27A, as shown on Map No. 6 and described as
follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly boundary of the existing
Middle Road Extension at the intersection of the said boundary with the
division line between the lands of Louis and Helen Kinirski reputed owners
on the west, and the lands of Edith M. Young, reputed owner on the east,
said point being 40 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from
station 37+ 37 4 of the hereinafter described survey center line of the
proposed reconstruction of Middle Road Extension County Road No. 27A,
thence northerly along said division line 21 +feet to a point 60 feet distant
northerly, measured at right angles, from station 37+ 30 t of said center
line; thence easterly 200 f feet to a point on the division line between the
.lands of Edith M. Young, reputed owner on the west and the lands of John
J. Haas.and Ruth V. Haas, reputed owners on the east, the last mentsoned
point being 60 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station
39+ 30 +of the said center line; thence southerly along last mentioned
division line 21 t feet to its intersection with the said northerly boundary
of Middle Road Extension, the last mentioned point being 40 feet distant
northerly, measured at right angles, from station 39+ 37 f of the said
center line; thence westerly along the last mentioned northerly boundary
of said existing road 200+feet to the point of beginning; being 4,000 t s,f.
or 0.092 acres more or less.
The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the
survey center line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road Exten-
sion C.R. 27A and Middle Road C.R. 27 and construction of Middle Road
Extension C.R. 27B as shown on a map on file in the office of the
Commissioner of Public Works of Suffolk County.
PARCEL"C"_- Fill Easement
ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for thn reconstruction of Middle Road
County Road No. 27A, as shown on Map-No. 6 and,described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point, said point being 60 feet distant northerly,
measured at right angles, from station 37+ 30 t of the hereinafter described
survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road Extension
County Road No. 27A, thence easterly 21 +feet to a point 65 feet distant
northerly, measured at right angles, from station 37+ 50 of said center
line; thence easterly 178 f feet to a point on the division line between the
land- of Edith M. Young reputed owner on the west and the lands of John
J. Haas,aud-Ruth V. Haas, reputed owners on the east, the last mentioned
point being 65 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station
39+ 28 +of the said center line; thence southerly along said division line
6 t feet to a point 60 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from
station 39+ 30 f of said center line; thence westerly 200 f feet to the point
of beginning; being 945 f s,f. or 0.022 acres more or less.
The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey
center line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road Extension C.R.
27A, and Middle Road C.R. 27 and construction of Middle Road Extension
C.R. 27B as shown on a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of
Public Works of Suffolk County.
