In the Matter of the Petition of the COUNTY OF SUFFOLK for the purpose of acquiring the real properties in the Town of Southold, required in connection with the reconstruc- tion of MIDDLE ROAD, C.R. 27 and MIDDLE RECEIPT AND RELEASE ROAD EXTENSION, C.R. 27A, MIDDLE ROAD RE: MAP No. 10 EXTENSION, C.R. 27B, in the said Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York �1 WHEREAS,pursuant to the provisions of the Nassau,Suffolk and Erie Counties Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted and that by an order duly entered therein three commissioners of estimate to. ascertain and determine the compensation to be made to the respective owners of the real property to be acquired in said proceeding were duly appointed and that the oaths of said commissioners were duly filed in the office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on June 25, 1962 ,and that thereupon title in fee simple to si the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk,New York,and WHEREAS,immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF SOUTHOLD of Main Road, Southold, New York owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No. 10 which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows: ALL that piece or parcel of land situate in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road Extension Cotnty Road No. 27A, as shown on Map No. 10 and described as follows.- BEGINNING at a point on the northerly boundary of the existing Middle Road Extension at the intersection of the said boundary with the former high water mark of Mattituck Creek as it existed prior to placing of hydraulic fill in 1956, said point being 40 f feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 43+ 21 f of the hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road Extension County Road No. 27A, thence easterly along said high water mark Z00 f feet to a point 90 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 45 + 14 t of said center line; thence easterly on a curve deflecting to the left havi a radius of 1799.86 feet andssid curve being the southerly boundary of the following owners, (1) Millicent R. Jacobson, (Z) Wilbur A. Kaiser and wife, (3) P. Harvey Duryee Est., (4) Vivian D. Gildersleeve and (5) P. Harvey Duryee, Est.; an arc distance of 596 t feet to a point 90 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 51 + 39.66 of said center line; thence northerly 1Z5 t feet to a point on the westerly boundary of existing Westphaiia Avenue; the last mentioned point being 210 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 51 + 80 f of the said cente line; thence southerly along the said westerly boundary 175 t feet to its intersection with the first mentioned northerly boundary of said existing Milidle Road Extension, the last mentioned point being 40 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 52 + 32 f of said center line; thence westerly along the said northerly boundary on a curve deflecting to the right having a radius of 1849.86 feet an arc distance of 89Z t feet to the point of beginning; being 42,465 + s.f. or 0.975 acres more or less.
