o WHEREAS,pursuant to the provisions of the Nassau,Suffolk and Erie Counties Improvement Act the above
o m entitled proceeding was duly instituted and that by an order duly entered therein three commissioners of estimate to

ascertain and determine the compensation to be made to the respective owners of the real property to be acquired in
said proceeding were duly appointed and that the oaths of said commissioners were duly filed in the office of the
County Clerk of Suffolk County on June 25 1962 ,and that thereupon title in fee simple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk,New York,and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk
JOSEPH GILLIES or GILLES of Mattituck, New York
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No.5
which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL "All
ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road
Extension County Road No. 27A, as shown on Map No. 5 and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly boundary of the existing
Middle Road Extension at the intersection of the said boundary with the
division line between the lands of Conrad Bullock Jr. & Wife, Yolanda
reputed owners on the west, and the lands of Joseph Gilles, reputed owner on
the east, said point being 40 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles,
from station 18+ 83.36 of the hereinafter described survey center line of the
proposed reconstruction of Middle Road Extension County Road No. 27A,
thence n ortherly along said division line 21 t feet to a point 60 feet distant
northerly, measured at right angles, from station 18+ 75 t of said center
line; thence easterly 1365 f feet to a point 60 feet distant northerly,
measured at right angles, from station 32 + 40 of said center line; thence
on a curve to the left having a radius of 50 +feet, an arc distance of 94 t
feet to'a point on the existing westerly boundary of Shirley Road, the last
mentioned point being 125 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles
from station 32 + 87 t of the said center line; thence southerly along said
westerly boundary line 90 t feet to its intersection with the said northerly
boundary of said existing Middle Road Extension, the last mentioned point
being 40 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station
33 + I4 t of said center line; thence westerly along the last mentioned
northerly boundary of said existing Middle Road 1430 f feet to the point
of beginning; being 29, 760 t s.f. or 0.683 acres more or less.
The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey center
line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road Extension C.R. 27A and
Middle Road C.R. 27 and the construction of Middle Road Extension C.R.
27B as shown on a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public
Works of Suffolk County.

County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road
Extension County Road No. 27A, as shown on Map No. 5 and described as

BEGINNING at a point on Ole southerly boundary of the existing Middle
Road Extension, said point being 60 feet distant southerly, measured at right
angles, from station 20 + 94.49 of the hereinafter described survey center
line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road Extension County Road No.
27A, thence westerly on a curve deflecting to the left having a radius of 2820.79
feet an arc distance of 169.59 feet to a point on the division line between the
lands of Joseph Gilles reputed owner on the east and the lands of Gabriel
Kousouros, reputed owner on the west, the last mentioned point being 65. 10
feet distant southerly, measured at right angles, from station 19 + 25.31 of the
said center line; thence northerly along said division line 5.49 feet to its
intersection with the southerly boundary of said existing road, the last mentioned
point being 60 feet distant southerly, measured at right angles, from station
19+ 23.29 +of said center line; thence easterly along the last mentioned
boundary of saidexisting road 171.20 feet to the point of beginning; being 350 +
s,f. or 0.008 acres more or less.
The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey
center line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road Extension C.R. 27A
and Middle Road C.R. 27 and the construction of Middle Road Extension
C.R. 27B as shown on a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of
Public Works of Suffolk County.
PARCEL "C"- Cut Easement
ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road
Extension County Road No. 27A, as shown on Map No. 5 and described as
follows;
BEGINNING at a point, said point being 60 feet distant northerly,
measured at right angles, from station 23 + 00 of the hereinafter described
survey'center line-of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road Extension
County Road No. 27A, thence easterly 101 +feet to a point 65 feet distant
northerly, measured at right angles, from station 24+ 00 of said center line;
thence easterly 350 feet to a point 65 feet distant northerly, measured at
right angles, from station Z7+ 50 of said center line; thence easterly 301 +
feet to a point 75,feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from
station 30 + 50 of said center line; thence still easterly 211 +feet to a point
65 +feet distant northerly,'measured at right angles, from station 32 t 60
of said center line; thence westerly on a curve deflecting to the right having a
radius of 50 +feet an arc distance of 21 +feet to a point 60 feet distant
northerly, measured at right angles, from station 32 + 40 of said center
line; thence westerly 940 feet to the point of beginning; being 6,950 + s,f.
or 0. 160 acres more or less.
The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey
center line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road Extension C.R. 27A,
Middle Road C.R. 27 and the construction of Middle Road Extension C.R. 27B,
as shown on a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public
Works of Suffolk County.

ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road
Extension County Road No. 27A, as shown on Map No. 5 and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point, said point being 60 feet distant southerly,
measured at right angles, from station 23 + 00 of the hereinafter described
survey center line of the proposedreconstruction of Middle Road Extension
