WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County
Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted
by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the
Office of the County Clerk of Stiff olk County on the 21st day
of August . 1964, and 'tha'; thereupon title in fee simple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested
in the County of. Suffolk., New York, and the proceeding continued
for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to
the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding
is to be ascertained by the Court without a jury, and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as
aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk
THOMAS L., BERNARD W., and of Cutchogue, New York
AGNES M. SHALVEY
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated
in said proceeding as Map No. 94 , which said parcel of property
is more particularly described as follows:
ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road,
C.R. No. 27, as shown on Map No. 94 and described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point of curvature on the Easterly boundary of
Bridge Lane, said point being 84:feet distant Northerly, measured at right
angles, from station 272+ 73 :of the hereinafter described survey center line
of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, C.R. No. ,27, thence Southerly
and Easterly on a curve deflecting to the left having a radius of 42.00 feet, '
an arc distance of 49:'feet to a point of tangency 60.00 feet distant Northerly,
measured at right angles, from station 273+ 11 :of said center.-line; thence
Easterly 194: feet to a point of curvature 60.00 feet distant Northerly,
measured at right angles,,from station 275+ 05.12 of said center line;
thence Easterly on a curve deflecting to the left having a radius of 7579.44
feet, an arc distance of 348 :feet to a point on the division line between the
lands of Katherine Shalvey, reputed owner on the West, and the lands of
Stanley Krupski, reputed owner on the East, the last mentioned point being 60.00
feet distant Northerly, measured radially from station 278+ 57 :of the said center
line; thence Southerly along said division line 16 :feet to its intersection with the
Northerly boundary of the existing Middle Road, the last mentioned point being
46 :feet distant Northerly, measured radially, from station 278+ 63 :of the
said center line; thence Westerly along the said boundary 557 :feet to its
intersection with the said Easterly boundary of Bridge Lane, the last mentioned
point being 16:feet distant, Northerly, measured at right angles, from
station 273+ 07 :of said center line; thence Northerly along the last mentioned
boundary of said existing road 77 :feet to the point of beginning; being 16, 100 :
s.f. or 0.370 acres more or less.
