OF SUFFOLK for the purpose of acquiring the real properties in the Town of Southold, required in connection with the reconstruction RECEIPT AND RELEASE *cX of MIDDLE ROAD, C.R. 27, MIDDLE ROAD RE:MAP No. 14R EXTENSION, C.R. 27A, MIDDLE ROAD IDu EXTENSION, C.R. 27B, in the said Town of w a Southold, Suffolk County, New York WHEREAS,pursuant to the provisions of the Nassau,Suffolk and Erie Counties Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted and that by an order duly entered therein three commissioners of estimate to ascertain and determine the compensation to be made to the respective owners of the real property to be acquired in said proceeding were duly appointed and that the oaths of said commissioners were duly filed in the office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on June 25 1962 ,and that thereupon title in fee simple to the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk,New York,and WHEREAS,immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk CHARLES ABRAHAMS AND of 77-11-35th Ave., Apt. 5-N STACHIA ABRAHAMS Jackson Heights, New York owned the parcel of pmpetty acquired as aforesaid and designated-in said proceeding as Map No. 14R which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows: ALL that piece or parcel of land situate in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road Extension, County Road No. 27A, as shown on Map No. 14R and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northerly boundary of the existing Middle Road Extension at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line between the lands of Mattituck Park District, reputed owner on the west, and the lands of Charles Abrahams, reputed owner on the east, said point being 20 t feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 58+ 40 f of the hereinafter des- cribed survey center line of the proposed Reconstruction of Middle Road Extension, County Road No. 27A, thence northerly along said division line 40 t feet to a point 60 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 58+40 +of said center line; thence easterly-on a curve deflecting to the right having a radius of 2944.79 feet an arc distant of 25t feet to a point on the division line between the lands of Charles Abrahams reputed owner on the west, and the lands of Carl Henry Besch, reputed owner on the east, the last mentioned point being 60 feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 58+ 64 t of the said center line; thence southerly along last mentioned division line 20 feet to it's intersection with the northerly boundary of said existing road, thence along said northerly boundary 20 k feet to a point 20 f feet distant northerly, measured at right angles, from station 58+ 64 f of the said center line; thence westerly along the said northerly boundary on a curve deflecting to the left having a radius of 2904.79 feet an arc distance of 25 f feet to the point of beginning; being 1000 f s.f. or 0.023 acres more or less, and being a part or portion of Lot No. 10 as shown on a map entitled"Map of Property of Mrs. Clara W. Reeve"and filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on December 4, 1922 as map No. 212. The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey center line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, C.R. 27 and Middle Road Extension, C.R. 27A and the construction of Middle Road Extension, C.R. 27B, as shown on a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works of Suffolk County.
