Southold, Suffolk County, New York.
WHEREAS,pursuant to the provisions of the Nassau,Suffolk and Erie Counties Improvement Act the above
entitled proceeding was duly instituted and that by an order duly entered therein three commissioners of estimate to
ascertain and determine the compensation to be made to the respective owners of the real property to be acquired in
said proceeding were duly appointed and that the oaths of said commissioners were duly filed in the office of the j
County Clerk of Suffolk County on June 25, 19 fit,and that thereupon title in fee simple to �
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk,New York,and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk i

owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No. 24 )

which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows: I
ALL that piece or parcel of land situate in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk, State of New York for the construction of Middle Road Extension County
Road No. 27B, as shown on Map No. 24 and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly boundary of the existing Wickham
Avenue at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line between the
lands of William S. Long, Est., reputed owner on the north, and the lands of Andrew
M. Gardner, reputed owner on the south, said point being 41 t feet distant northerly
measured at right angles, from station 69 + 81 +of the hereinafter described survey
center line of the proposed construction of Middle Road County Road No. 27B, thence
easterly along said division line 200 f feet to a point on the westerly boundary of Lot
#1, "Map of Garden Heights", filed on June 24, 1929 as Map No. 577, the last men-
tioned point being 8 f feet distant southerly, measured at right angles, from station
71 + 73 t of the said center line; thence southerly along last mentioned westerly
boundary of Lot # 1 55 t feet to a point on the northerly boundary of Hamilton Avenue,
the last mentioned point being 63 f feet distant southerly, measured at right angles,
from station 71 + 67 f of the said center line; thence westerly along the said northerly
boundary of Hamilton Avenue 200 t feet to its intersection with the said easterly boundary
of Wickham Avenue, the last mentioned point being 13 f feet distant southerly, meas-
ured at right angles, from station 69+ 73 t of said center line; thence northerly along
the last mentioned easterly boundary of Wickham Avenue 55 t feet to the point of
beginning; being 10,800 t s.f. or 0.248 acres more or less.
The above mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey
center line for the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road C.R. 27, Middle Road Ex-
tension C.R. 27A and the construction of Middle Road Extension C.R. 27B, as j
shown on a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public Works of Suffolk )
County. I
