WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County
Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted
by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the
Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the 21st day
of Au,ust , 1964, and that thereupon title in fee simple to
the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested
in the County of Suffolk, New York, and the proceeding continued
for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to
the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding
is to be ascertained by the Court without a fury, and
WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as
aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk
ANTONE CHITUK of DEPOT LANE, CUTCHOGUE, NEW YORK
owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated
in said proceeding as Map No. 67 , which said parcel of property
is more particularly described as follows:
ALL that piece or parcel of land situate in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road,
C.:.2. I\To. 27 as shown on Map No. 67 and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly boundary of the existing Middle
.toad at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line between the
lands of Andrew Cybulski, reputed owner on the East, and the lands of Antone
Cnituk, reputed owner on the West, said point being 23 i-feet distant Southerly,
measured radially, from station 213 + 87 _ of the hereinafter described survey
center line of the proposed reconstruction of the Middle Road, C.R. No. 27, thence
3outiierly alon., said division line 400.00 feet to a point 420 =feet distant Southerly,
measured radially from station 213 + 50 •_of said center line; thence Westerly
397 •-feet to a point on the Easterly boundary of Depot Lane, the last mentioned
point being 475 feet distant Southerly, measured radially from station 209+ 91 t
of the said center line; thence Northerly along said boundary line 400.00 feet to its
intersection with the Southerly boundary of said existin.g road, the last mentioned
point bcin� 78 -feet distant Southerly, measured radially from station 210 + 00
of the said center line; thence Easterly along the said boundary 395 t feet to the
point of be.,inning; being 154800 i- s.f. or 3.554 acres more or less.
The above .mentioned survey center line is a portion of the survey center
line for the proposed reconstruction of the Middle Road, C.R. No. 27 as shown
on a map on file in the office of the Commissioner of Public 71orks of Suffolk County.
