"A", 'B" and "C" •v - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - x WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Suffolk County Improvement Act the above entitled proceeding was duly instituted �pr'• by an Order of the Supreme Court which was duly filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County on the 21st day of August , 1964, and that thereupon title in fee simple-to the property to be acquired in said proceeding became vested in the County of Suffolk., Now York, and the proceeding continued for the purpose of determining the compensation to be made to the owners of the real property to be acquired in this proceeding is to be ascertained by the Court without a fury, and WHEREAS, immediately prior to the vesting of title as aforesaid in the said County of Suffolk WESLEY SIMCHICK and of Alvahs Lane, Cutchogue, New York ROSE C. SIMCHICK, his wife owned the parcel of property acquired as aforesaid and designated in said proceeding as Map No. 59 , which said parcel of property is more particularly described as follows: ALL those pieces or parcels of land situate in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York for the reconstruction of Middle Road, C.2. No. 27, as shown on Map No. 59 and described as follows: PARCEL "All BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly boundary of the existing Middle Road at the intersection of the said boundary with the division line between the lands of Edward A. Zuhoski, Sr., reputed owner on the East, and the lands of gesley & Zose Simchick, reputed owners on the :Vest, said point Scing 11 =:feet distant Northerly, measured at right angles, from station 195 + 08 t of the hereinafter described survey center line of the proposed reconstruction of Middle Road, C.R. No. 27, thence Southerly along, said division line 71 :feet to a point 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured at right angles, from station 195 + 15 +of said center line; thence Jesterly 1256 ±feet to a point of curvature 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured at right angles, from station 182 + 58.99 of said center line; thence Jcstcrly on a curve deflecting to the right having a radius of 11,519. 16 feet an arc distance of 56 :'•feet to a point bn the division line between the lands of Jesley & Rose Simchick, reputed owners on the East, and the lands of Amelia Simchick, reputed owner on the ffest, the last mentioned point being 60.00 feet distant Southerly, measured radially from station 182 + 02 +of the said center line; thence Northerly along said division line 70 :L feet to its intersection with the Southerly boundary of said existing road, the last mentioned point being 10 feet distant Northerly, measured radially from station 181 + 94 t of the said center line; thence Easterly along the said boundary 1313 ±feet to the point of beginning; being 92,567 !::s.f. or 2. 125 acres more or less.
