MEETING OF MARCH 5, 1957.
The Southold Town Board met at the office of the Supervisor , Norman
E. Klipp, at Greenport' on Tuesday' March . 5, 1957. The meeting was
called to order at 1:30 P.M. with the following present: Supervisor
Klipp; Councilman Albertson; Justices Tuthill, Clark and Demarest;
Supt. of Highways Price; Town Attorney Terry and Town Clerk Booth.
The Board sat at once as a committee on audit to-examine claims
against the Town concluding the audit work at 2 o 'clock, P.M.
Moved by Councilman Albertson; seconded by Justice Clark:
RESOLVED: That the minutes of the previous meeting be and hereby
are duly approved as read.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supefvisor Klipp; Councilman Albertson;
Justices Tuthill, Clark and De rest.
Moved by- Councilman Albertson; seconded by Justice Tuthill:
RESOLVED: That the regular monthly Meeting of this Board will be
held at the office of Supervisor Norman E . Klipp at Greenport , on
Tuesday, March 26, 19579 at 1:30 P.M.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervmsor Klipp; Coucnilman Albertson;
Justices Tuthill, Clark and Demarest.
Moved by Councilman Albertson; seconded by Justice Clark:
RESOLVED: That Supervisor Norman E . Klipp be authorized to advertise
for sealed proposals to furnish the Town of Southold one new T-6 Int-
ernational crawler-type tr^ctor or equal, equipped with one new model
6-D-4 hydrawlic operated bulldozer or equal , for use at the Southold
Town Dump.
Vote of Town Board: Supervmsor Klipp; Councilman Albertson;
Justices Tuthill , Clark and Demarest.
Moved by Councilman Albertson; seconded by Justice Demarest:
RESOLVED: That the Police Report for the month of February be accepted
by the Town Board and placed on file.
Vote of Town Board: Supervisor Klipp; Councilman Albertson;
Justices Tuthill , Clark and Demareet.
Moved by Justice Demarest; seconded by Justice Clark:
RESOLVED: That General Bills in the amount of $77812. 54; Lighting
District Bills in the amount of $1, 581.25; Fishers Island Ferry Dis-
rict Bills in the amount of $7,144.39 be and hereby are ordered paid.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Klipp; Coucnilman .Albertson;
Justices Tuthill, Clark and Demarest.
Moved by Councilman Albertson; seconded by Justice Clark:
RESOLVED: That a special meeting of the Town Board will be held at
the office of Supervisor Norman E. Klipp at Greenport, on Wednesday,
March 13 , 1957, at 7:30 P.M.

Justices Tuthill, Clark and Demarest.
