The Southold Town Board met at the office of Supervisor Norman E.
Klipp at Greenport , on Tuesday, February 26, 1957. The meeting was
called to order at 1:30 P.M. with ' the following present: Supervisor
Klipp; Councilman Albertson; Justices Clark and Demarest; Superinten-
dent of Highway Price; Town .Attorney Terry and Town Clerk Booth.
Moved by Councilman Albertson; seconded by Justice Clark:
RESOLVED: That the minutes of the previous meeting be and hereby
are duly approved as read.
Vote of Town board: Ayes-Supervisor Klipp; Councilman Albertson;
Justices Clark and Demarest.
Moved by Councilman Albertson; seconded by Justice Clark:
RESOLVED: That the regular monthly audit meeting of this board will
be held at the office of Supervisor Norman E. Klipp at Greenport,, on
Tuesday, March 5, 1957, at 1:30 P.M.
Vote of Town Board: Ayes-Supervisor Klipp; councilman Albertson;
Justices Clark and Demarest.
Moved by Councilman Albertson; seconded by Justice Demarest:
RESODVED: That Supervisor Norman E. Klipp be authorized to advertise
fnr sealed proposals for the installation of tile floors in several
rooms in the Town 'lerk°s AffXOO,( Building.
Moved by Councilman Albertson; seconded by Justice Clark:
RESOLVED: That Supervisor Norman E. Klipp be authorized to place a
double page advertisement of the Town of Souhold to be published in
the Country Town .Associatbsr. Inc. vacation guide of Eastern Long Island
at a cost of $170.00.
Vote of Town Board: .Ayes-Supervisor Klipp; Councilman Albertson;
Justices Clark and Dmmarest.
Moved by Councilman .Albertson; seconded by Justice Demarest:
RESOLVED: That the Police Report for the month of February be accepted
by the Town Board and placed on file.
