Main Rd. &Youngs Ave.) ceA Telephone: 631765-1938 Southold, NY 11971 LOCAL WATERFRONT REVITALIZATION PROGRAM TOWN OF SOUTHOLD To: Glenn Goldsmith, President Town of Southold Board of Trustees From: Mark Terry, AICP LWRP Coordinator Date: October 15, 2024 Re: LWRP Coastal Consistency Review for CHARLES PARDEE &JILL MENNICKEN SCTM# 1000-126-11-3.1 Twin Forks Permits on behalf of CHARLES PARDEE & JILL MENNICKEN requests a Wetland Permit for the existing 1 '/2 story dwelling; demolish existing second floor area and construct a 906.2sq.ft. second floor; reconstruction and additions to the existing first floor and sunroom; new south landing; new landward covered porch; abandon existing septic system and install an I/A OWTS system; and to establish and perpetually maintain a 15' wide non-turf buffer along the landward edge of the bulkhead. Located: 6760 Great Peconic Bay Boulevard, Laurel. SCTM# 1000-126-11-3.1 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action is CONSISTENT with the LWRP. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
