SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD
A special meeting of the Southold Town Board was called, by._ the
Supervisor at 11: 00 A.M. Wednesday, May ' 31, 1978 dt the Sou t1i'old
Town Hall, Main Road,' Southold, New York.
Present: Supervisor Albert M. Martocchia
Councilman James Homan
Justice Martin Suter
Councilman Henry W. Drum ._ _
Absent: Councilman William R'. Pell' III
Justice Francis T. Doyen
Waive of Notice of Town Board Meeting signed by the Board
members
On motion of Counciim' an `Homan, seconded by Justice Suter,- it. was
RESOLVED that the Town of Southold' support Assembly Bill No. .
1_827-C and Senate Bill No. 1461-C' entitled' "AN ACT to amend the
highway law, ''in' relation- to the limitation ,of expenditures on
highway' machinery in certain towrjq'" and the Town. Clerk was• instruc--
ted to complete the necessary forms. and submit--them 'to the New-
York State Assembly and New York' State Senate.
Vote of the Town Board: Ayes: Councilman Drum, Councilman
Homan, Justice Suter, Supervisor Martocchia. Absent: Councilman
Pell, Justice Doyen.
This resolution was declared adopted.
On motion of Justice Suter, seconded by Councilman Homan, it was
RESOLVED that this meeting be adjourned at 11: 15 A.M.
Vote of the Town Board: Ayes: Councilman Drum, Councilman
Homan, Justice Suter, Supervisor Martocchia. Absent: Councilman
Pell, Justice Doyen.
This resolution was declared adopted.
